Relax and grow rich, is it really possible?

Yes, a statement that is more commonly known in the “shady AKA – B.S.” side of Internet Marketing I know… but hold on on for a second – it IS actually a statement of FACT.

Let me explain…

So many people running Internet Marketing businesses fail to make $500.00 per month, and I’ll tell you why. The truth IS, either they have little or no money to invest into starting their business, they may HAVE the investment but invest in the wrong areas, OR they do these 2 things right – BUT FAIL to operate as a business once they have invested!

Let me simplify this a little. Most of us have had regular “J.O.B.S.” at some stage in our lives right? – and we may have realised that we were nothing but a number, an employee, a small cog in a big machine…

Whilst the directors of the company are sipping cocktails in the Bahamas, or ordering their new Ferrari – YOU are slaving away, doing monotonous jobs every single day – day in day out. Taking the small steps required to achieve the goal of their business.

- YOU and YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS have to operate the same way!

In order to build a successful online business you need to get lots of things done, like:

• Product Research
• Keyword Research
• Building A List
• Finding JV Partners
• Article Writing
• Product Creation
• Testing
• Blogging
• Social Networking
• Relationship Building
• Building Credibility
• and much more…

You’ll see from the above I have not covered ALL the areas required, as there are so many, my point is though, many of these tasks have to be done repeatedly over time – that help build traffic to your websites and build a list of prospects for example. The trouble is that if you try to do ALL of these tasks yourself, you would hit burn-out VERY QUICKLY, and possibly lose interest in your entire business altogether! This is where outsourcing comes in.

The guru’s – or even the “trendy” new marketers will lead you to believe that outsourcing is the key to your online wealth! But hold on… outsourcing is NOT the answer!

Think of McDonalds Restaurant’s for a moment. The girl behind the counter who has obviously just left school, and won’t even clean her bedroom for her Mom and Dad, is working her butt-off making 50 burgers per hour! HOW?

Systemitisation… Systemitisation is simply breaking down ANY task into the segments that are required to complete it.

Lets look at the burger example:

• STEP 1: Place bottom bun down
• STEP 2: Add Patty
• STEP 3: Add Ketchup
• STEP 4: Add Cheese Slice
• STEP 5: Add Pickle
• STEP 6: Add Lettuce
• STEP 7: Add Onions
• STEP 8: Add Top Bun

Do you think YOU could make a McDonalds burger now? OF COURSE!

The moral of this post is – DO as I do, think of your Internet business as a real business – and create systems that will allow you to quite literally “plug-in” someone from the street to complete the tasks you need done.
