Strange post tonight, but VERY important…

It’s 12.00AM as I write this quick post, and the reason I am doing so is because of my health.

As my readers will know, I have a number of health and lifestyle issues and problems one of them being, I have cerebal palsy and use a wheelchair. Another is I have severe respiritory problems…

Today has been a BAD day for for me with my legs going into spasms and my breathing and lungs being tested by the muggy (hot) weather here in the UK so bad in fact I had to nip to the hospital to get a nebuliser treatment.
