Hey, how you doing?
Thanks for the fabulous response to the last blog post, with 70 comments… it’s really appreciated!
Remember how we said were “redefining internet marketing” and NOT pummelling you with pitch after pitch like everyone else?
Well this blog post is no different - so put your credit cards away OK? 
You see, as a result of the poll we did last week we’re striving to reinvent this business, and have decided to add a lot of new things to this site, as well as working on some new projects so that we can help YOU succeed with your online business.
I admit, we have also made 5 NEW products that are not yet launched, and we have done just 2 launches this year, but we’re currently working flat out on a massive project which you’ll find out about early next year…
This means we really don’t have the time to implement all that stuff as quickly as we would like to.
So what would we normally do is go off to elance or rentacoder and outsource to someone there.
However…
One of the things our poll showed was that a lot of our customers have some pretty good skills.
(YES YOU!) So we thought we’d ask YOU first!
If you want to make some extra cash for Christmas, or just extra cash in general, we are looking for the following:
- Website Programmer (including WordPress, PHP and Joomla)
- Web Template, Graphics Design (Photoshop)
- Content Writer (including articles)
- SEO/Traffic (backlinks)
Full training will be given for the relevant areas.
We’re not looking for absolute geniuses, but if you’re reasonably adept at any of the following, and you’re reliable, we want to hear from you. Work would be on an “as and when”part time basis for now but could develop into something more full time later on.
You won’t become wealthy from this but it could provide some much needed extra cash. If you wish we are open to other ideas instead of cash – free mentoring, free products, free product creation for you (one of our specialities), whatever.

Hi Ray,
Simon Crack here, long time subscriber and customer of yours. I like your ‘help and be helped’ approach – very refreshing in this industry! Providing a service for a service is how it should always work.
Although I am a graphic designer by trade I find internet marketing more fun but am willing to offer both services to you. My Magic site will show case both my IM skills and Graphic Design skills – I hope!

Many thanks to all the replies we have had, both on here and via email. I am currently working on a project specification page which I will send out to everyone that emailed me. Sorry for the delay, not been the best of days health wise for me.
I am actually pretty excited by the standard of replies I have had from people. It looks like we’ll be able to move a lot of our projects on very quickly, but far more importantly I’m pretty excited at working together with some of you to move YOUR projects forward and start making money.

Well, if I had the skillset required, then I would definitely put my cv in, but I know what weaknesses I have, and unfortunately, I cannot provide you with assistance on these fronts.
However, it is always exciting to know that two top guys like yourselves look for and nurture talent. Way to go for that guys.

It’s certainly good for business, as it helps with rapport too – and makes your subscribers feel PART of the business, even if they are not chosen for the work.
Who else builds rapport this way?
The proof is in the number of emails we got again in response.
