Hi everyone,

    As you say “Obviously, I’m not in the clique.” You hit the nail on the head! Unless you go to seminars and get drunk to talk marketing you probably never will be (sorry GURUS ;) - guru’s my butt)

    Bottom line (no pun intended) is - keep doing what you are doing, your sites will get otut there, your name will get out there, and you’ll build your list, attract JV partners and leverage the speed of growth and size of your lists.
