To try to answer your question as truthfully as possible, Internet Marketing is first and foremost a business.

Very few business at start up, are in the black (or should be in the black in my opinion).

Getting a small loan, or investing your own cash is key FIRST, as it gives you the momentum you need to move forward, installs the “fear of failure” (which is a good thing in my opion as it makes you become productive and drives you forward.

You’ll find that Outsource staff are prepared to do top quality work for a lot LESS than you think, and so the initial “investment” you make should be recoupable.

Then you simply RE-INVEST any funds back into outsource staff to move you forward some more… and repeat the process, by this time you’ll be getting known – should be building relationships and profitable joint ventures and should be making sales and then PROFITS.

There’s no magic pill as you know Terry – it’s just “a business” – the guru’s all began in the same way – some with hundreds of thousands in their accounts at start up (can u guess who I’m referring to?)…

The “so-called” newcomer STARS of I.M. are just the smokescreen that the newbys DON’T want to fall foul of as they get sucked in to becoming a followers and not do’ers – ultimately making them poorer, and the marketer richer.

The Formula:

Outsource Team (Build Your Own) – Product – Traffic (JV’s etc) – Sales – Profits – Repeat

I’ve no doubt that ATB is a great product and I was tempted to get it a few weeks back but there are a couple of burning questions about outsourcing that I, and probably many other newbie marketers need answering.

At what point is outsourcing the right road to take taking into consideration the cost of it and one’s current workload? It all seems like a fine balancing act between outgoings and profit.

I suppose that would become clearer when you hit that point but what was the tipping point for you Ray?

One final point:

If someone thinks your sofa is dodgy (looks OK to me)then they should take a look at mine after the kids have climbed all over it.
