Hi everyone,

Ray here blogging from my bedside :)

…and although I’m NOT “officially” back to work yet because of my Kidney Stones trouble, I just wanted to stop by and say a HUGE thank you to you all for your kind wishes and comments on the last post.

Especially to Anne (you know who you are) for sending me a get well card!

…and so too for Robert Black filling in for me VERY adequately while I was REALLY bad.. (cheers Rob)

As for the stones, I have NEVER had pain like them in my life, I can tell you!

Doctors say that there are multiple stones so I’ll probably need a small operation/surgery, and all this on TOP of drinking 5 litres of water per day so we’ll see…

Anyway, I was just so bored staring at my ceiling and TV, that I had to get this video out to you today because you’ll remember a couple of weeks ago (I think) I told you I would go behind the scenes of my next product launch right – and take YOU with me?

Well I have prepared a video for you that outlines the ENTIRE process in launching a product online.

This video is the overview video, and there will be a breakdown of each section in subsequent video’s WHEN THE TIME COMES FOR ME TO LAUNCH my next site (currently in development).

The vid is almost 1 HOUR in length so put your feet up and relax with a coffee or something before clicking, and even if you DON’T watch it all today, be sure to come back and check tomorrow or when you can.

    Doctors are fantastic huh? Although I am biased on that, not just with stones but as a child I had multiple surgerys on my legs, and they have made me have A quality of life to some degree!

    RE: the kidneys :) just when they FEEL OK, the stones let you know they are there! I’m drinking more water than a deserted camel right now and STILL they have not passed!

    Good news RE: Your Dad, Ihope I DON’T have to have the treatment though, sounds harsh!! :)
