Another Paypal & eBay Suspension Update

Yes it has happened. Paypal and eBay have done the unthinkable, the almost unbelievable, they have permanently ceased my eBay eBook business. The ebook business that has taken me 12 months of hard work to build, is officially gone.
To make matters worse, they have crippled my entire business’ digital delivery automation script and system, plus, demolished my new affiliate programme, frozen and holding over $11400.00 (yes you read right) - and all literally for no valid reason.
After complying with EVERY single request they sent me such as:
Providing proof of inventory, proof of satisified customer testimonials, proof of ownership of digital products, proof of copyright and ownership, proof of valid identification, paying off a frauduent buyer’s reversed transaction to the tune of $5000.00, submitting sensitive financial company information and EVEN MORE to boot - they decide to part ways with me!
My solicitor is dealing with both eBay and Paypal, and after the first round of “deliberations” I received an email from Paypal Executive Escalations Department with their reasoning for the decision. Which is more than you or I would EVER get on our own.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, Paypal state that my withdrawals are too high risk for their business.
Additionally, Paypal claim to have found an account which was linked to my business account in some way, either through registration information or business information (they won’t tell me) - the AMAZING thing though is I received an email FROM Paypal, telling me this account is not an issue!
I have since signed up with Google Checkout as an alternative, and AlertPay, and I am looking into other payment processors as alternatives.

I have gone through Paypal’s Terms Of Service / User Agreement for you and explained exactly what each section means - in non-legal terms - this is a real eye-opener…

This is not the end of my eBay career, far from it. You do not need to be an eBay user to educate others on how to build successful eBay businesses :). A solid business plan, lead generation structure, sales funnel and reseller recruitment system is what is required.

I’m really sorry to hear this Ray, and I’m sorry that you have become one of many to be closed by paypal because of false issues.
There’s nothing you can do really because paypal is the law when it comes to them. There terms keep them protected pretty well when it comes to this.
So, my advice is find the best possible paypal alternative available that suites you.

I applaud you for not letting this hinder your business in anyway. I just wanted to say that I have been on the “inside” of your business and seen how it works from the customer’s point of view and you flat out overdeliver.
What you did in just under a year usually takes people years to achieve.

I have been suspended 4 times with both Ebay and Paypal. Of course, it’s the same old story where every new account I opened was linked to the first one which I was suspended.

My sympathies. For no apparent reason eBay and Paypal suspended me recently. I have asked for specific reasons and received no answer.
I have a problem in the Paypal resolution that no end of emails or faxes receives an answer to, mad.
Emails to eBay, again nothing. To make matters worse they cut my auctions, leaving several of my customers very puzzled - not to mention worried - Great customer service in all directions eBay!
So yup, for me it is just a hobby - but I really can sympathise. I may be onto my works legal system next.
I work with toll free numbers and was recently compiling some research I’ve been collecting on 800 numbers that have been listed on ebay, and I was surprised to find out that most of the repetitive listers had ALL been suspended.
I wanted to ask if anyone had ever heard of ebay suspending all the people in an industry like this. I’m trying to reach some of them to find out some more but wanted to get some better perspective on this type of action.
